Registration to the 2015 edition of the course are now open. Few more seats are still available!
 

Full Course Registration:

allows the unlimited access to the lecture room and to the exhibitors area during the three day of the course (4-5-6 June 2015) and to the Field Trip (8th June 2015)

  • Early Registration (before 31 January 2015): 1 200,00* €
  • Regular Registration (after 1 February 2015): 1 400,00* €

 

Workshop Pass:

allows the unlimited access to the lecture room and to the exhibitors area during the last day workshop (6th June 2015) and to the Field Trip (8 June)

  • Early Registration (before 31 January 2015): 500,00* €
  • Regular Registration (after 1 February 2015): 600,00* €

 

Visitor Pass:

allows the access only to the exhibitors area during the three day of the course (4-5-6 June 2015) and to the Field Trip (8th June 2015)

  • Early Registration (before 31 January 2015): 500,00* €
  • Regular Registration (after 1 February 2015): 600,00* €
* All prices are VAT not included. Currently 22%.

Company registration (2 or more registrants of the same company): 15% discount
 

Maximum Number Of Participants

The maximum number of admitted participants is 80 and they will be chosen on a “Temporal Priority base” (First 80 to finalize the registration will be accepted).  

Registration Deadline

Registrations finalized before the 15 May 2015 will be accepted.  

Payment

The registration fee must be paid in Euro (€) by bank transfer. Further instructions will follow the online registration. Please note that admission to the Course cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received before 20 May 2015. Invoice will be issued for any fee paid and will be provided at the registration desk during the first day of the course.

Transportation

Dedicated shuttle bus will be available for all the participants from Florence (airport and train station) to Poppi on the 3rd of June, and from Poppi to Florence on the 7th and the 9th of June.
Florence can be easily reached by plane (Peretola Airport) and by high-speed trains from all the main Italian cities.
Please consider that this service will be guaranteed to participants that will reserve a room in one of the affiliated accommodation.  

Recommended

Geotechnical Instrumentation for Monitoring Field Performance by John Dunnicliff, published by Wiley in 1988 & 1993. The book can be ordered at the time of registration and will be distributed on the first day of the course. It is strongly recommended that you purchase this book to achieve the greatest benefit from the course. A significant discount off the list price will be applied.  

Refund & cancellation policy

If you must cancel, cancellations made prior to March 15, 2015 will be entitled to a full refund minus 200 € service fee. Cancellations made after March 15, 2015 will not be given a refund, however substitutions are allowed.
